My OC Brull 
with a little bit of a change 
I got rid of the one strain of hair in the middle of his bangs because I didn't think it looked good plus was a pain so I decided to get rid of it entirely.
THIS IS HIS FINAL VERSION OF HIS BASE FORM HAIR...
If you are going to draw him try to make the hair somewhat close to it but u can kindof go crazy where his hair meets the headband in the back Anyway I am thinking this takes place during the Buu Saga because during the pervious Sagas he mainly only wore his saiyan armor ( [link] ) but in that time of peace he changed his outfit like Vegeta did. This pose is from when Mr. Popo was 'fighting' Goten and Trunks when Goku comes in to end it.
When Brull heard of Buu's immense power he couldn't contain himself and was eager to see him fight. Ergo the title 'A worthy opponent'

You've gotten better with expressions and anatomy. It seems a little odd that besides the bangs on the left, the hair is kind of flat on top. I suggest rounding it slightly, but I don't think it looks bad the way you have it now. Keep on improving pal!
